2022年8月6日から8月15日まで、広島芸術センターで新作個展「K 15-30D」を開催します。2020年から2021年に行われた第５回目となる原爆ドームの保存工事で実際に使用された補修塗料を題材とした作品を中心に発表します。ドイツでの滞在を通してヴォイドの表象の系譜と世界大戦との関係について関心を持ってきましたが、本展は私にとっても実験的なアプローチです。会期中には、原爆の図丸木美術館学芸員の岡村幸宣氏とのトークイベントも企画しています。

From August 6 to 15 in 2022, I am going to hold a solo exhibition of new works, “K 15-30D,” at the Hiroshima Art Center. The exhibition will focus on works based on the actual repair paints used in the fifth preservation project of the Atomic Bomb Dome from 2020 to 2021. This is an experimental approach for me, as I have been interested in the context of the representation concerning to Void and its relationship to the World War through my residency in Germany. During the exhibition, I am also planning a talk event with Yukinori Okamura, who is a curator of the Maruki Gallery For The Hiroshima Panels. Thank you.
